📋 Description

• Grow assigned accounts and pursue new clients • Act as the primary client contact and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers • Identify and develop business opportunities in the energy sector • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers • Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate follow-up with the project team • Manage and coordinate squads to deliver complex projects on time and to the expected quality

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a top engineering or business school • 3 to 8 years’ experience in sales within consulting or project delivery • Knowledge of the energy sector • Strong mastery of account management techniques and methodologies • Strong interest in technology • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proven leadership in complex sales cycles • Rigorous in managing priorities and performance • Proactive with strong ambition for rapid career growth
