• Develop the Crédit Agricole account by creating the conditions for team success, ensuring alignment between our promise and the value delivered • Act as the primary point of contact for our Crédit Agricole clients; build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers • Identify strategic challenges with current stakeholders and propose tailored solutions • Manage contractual relationships with procurement and ensure invoices are paid on time • Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities with new stakeholders within the account • Build and maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers • Ensure full client satisfaction and implement action plans when issues arise • Ensure teams are maintained in optimal conditions to successfully deliver projects
• Degree from a leading engineering or business school • 3 to 5 years' experience in sales; consulting experience is a plus • Strong understanding of the banking sector; experience at or with a major bank is preferred (experience with Crédit Agricole is a plus) • Proficient in account management techniques and methodologies • Strong curiosity about technology and the workings of digital products • Excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated leadership to bring colleagues along in complex sales cycles • Rigorous in prioritization and performance management • Proactive and eager to grow quickly
