📋 Description

• Gather requirements for instructor requests in coordination with the Training team; • Analyze the required profile for each training, considering technical knowledge, professional experience, and fit with the project; • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for instructors; • Develop and implement instructor sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels; • Conduct individual interviews with candidates, assessing experience, technical knowledge, communication, and behavioral profile; • Monitor the hiring process and ensure all necessary documentation for instructor onboarding is completed; • Maintain relationships with candidates and partner professionals, building and maintaining a talent pool of instructors; • Track recruitment metrics such as candidate volume, time-to-fill, hiring approval rates, and effectiveness of hires; • Identify opportunities to improve the attraction and selection processes for instructors.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with recruitment and selection processes • Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates • Ability to analyze candidate profiles and identify fit with job requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously • Analytical profile for tracking information and metrics • Knowledge of recruitment tools and Microsoft Office • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job posting sites; • Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS); • Experience recruiting professionals across different regions of Brazil.
