📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic, technical, corporate, and leadership positions; • Act as a consultant to leadership in defining candidate profiles and attraction strategies; • Conduct market mapping and strategic hunting for more complex roles; • Build and maintain talent pipelines, anticipating future business needs; • Plan and implement Employer Branding initiatives; • Design, review, and improve recruitment processes, practices, and tools; • Ensure a positive candidate experience and clear communication with candidates and hiring managers; • Provide technical support to less-experienced team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, conducting end-to-end hiring processes; • Experience recruiting for strategic roles, leadership positions, or high-complexity profiles; • Experience with hunting, market mapping, and building talent pipelines; • Experience improving or structuring recruitment processes; • Ability to act in a consultative manner with managers and leaders; • Familiarity with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gupy; • Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and prioritization skills; • Business acumen and ability to build relationships; • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
