📋 Description

• Source instructors through various recruitment channels; • Publicize job openings and search for professionals who meet the requirements of each request; • Screen resumes and assess candidate profiles; • Conduct initial contacts, briefings and schedule interviews; • Support and follow up on stages of the selection process; • Maintain contact and build relationships with candidates throughout the process; • Assist with collecting and organizing documents required for hiring; • Register and update instructor information; • Support administrative controls related to recruitment and hiring processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Management, Management Processes, Education, or related fields; • Previous experience in recruitment and selection or activities related to hiring professionals; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Organized and attention to detail; • Comfortable interacting and building relationships with candidates; • Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
