Description

• Play a critical role in the JumpCloud Sales Operations team • Implement CRO’s global GTM strategy for channel partners • Support and advise GTM Leadership Team • Gather requirements and implement tools for channel partner sales motion • Be involved in key projects related to revenue operations team’s partner portal & global distributor, VAR, and channel partner go-to-market optimization • Be detail oriented and consultative • Balance operational execution and planning • Capture requirements, quickly synthesize them, and coordinate execution across teams • Provide value-add recommendations • Confidently present to senior leadership team • Embrace a rolling up your sleeves attitude

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in channel sales operations or partner-focused sales operations roles • Strong understanding of channel sales best practices • Strong attention to detail and work ethic • Ability to work effectively and independently in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines • High energy and contagious enthusiasm • Willingness to take on tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business • Ability to consult with senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or adjacent field preferred
