Description

• Orchestrating the successful delivery of large-scale Product Engineering and user experience initiatives spanning multiple teams and regions • Collaborating closely with the DRI (engineering leader) to oversee the execution of programs • Serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating activities across dispersed teams and groups • Proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks or challenges • Facilitating decision-making processes to resolve issues and mitigate risks • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and visibility of program status • Actively participating in relevant forums and meetings • Upholding a commitment to excellence in execution • Tracking the success of the program

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management • Expertise in navigating complex organizational structures • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of success in program management • Consulting background (Preferred) • PMP certification (Preferred) • LEAN or Six Sigma experience (Preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Preferred)
