📋 Description

• Full payroll processing (hires, terminations, vacation, 13th salary, payroll charges) • Submission, validation, and monitoring of eSocial events • Direct liaison with ADP, ensuring quality and timeliness of processing • Review and closing of payroll before approval • Preparation of payroll expense reports to support Finance (e.g., vacation accruals) • Calculation and assessment of taxes and payroll charges for payment by Finance • Maintenance of employee records in the payroll/HR system • Support for internal and external audits related to payroll and HR controls • Handling employee questions and requests about payroll and benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Mid-Level Payroll Analyst, with command of the full cycle (calculation, closing, termination settlements, charges) • Proven hands-on experience with the ADP system • Background in audit processes (internal or external) related to payroll and controls • Advanced English (mandatory) — spoken and written communication • Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb, and Brazilian labor law • Advanced Excel • Completed higher education (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
