📋 Description

• Provide customer service and support through the channels made available by the company; • Answer questions about using the Persona system; • Guide customers on payroll and HR administration processes and features; • Identify, analyze, and seek solutions for customer requests; • Accurately record interactions and information in the system; • Perform basic tests and validations to help identify potential issues; • Escalate requests to other departments or support levels when necessary; • Track requests and ensure customers receive appropriate follow-up; • Contribute suggestions for improving customer service and support processes; • Stay up to date on system features and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; • Knowledge of or interest in payroll and HR administration processes; • Comfortable working with systems and technology; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Analytical mindset and ability to identify and solve problems; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Ability to learn quickly and explain information clearly; • Enjoys assisting and helping people; • Previous customer service or support experience is a plus; • Knowledge of payroll and HR administration processes, such as payroll processing, new-hire onboarding, vacation, terminations, and employment-related compliance requirements, is a plus; • Experience with management systems or payroll and HR software is a plus; • Knowledge of the Persona system or other Nasajon systems is a plus.
