Description
• Early member of Kalshi's Finance team • Responsible for managing the flow of funds within the organization • Role evolves with company's scaling • Initial responsibilities include transaction monitoring, daily reporting, financial analysis, compliance, and collaboration • Similar to roles in treasury, financial operations, and financial controllers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree is a plus) • Proven experience in high transaction volume financial exchange or payment processing company • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in financial software and tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Benefits
• Salary Range: $80,000 to $180,000 annually plus equity and benefits • Minimal hierarchy and few titles • Compensation discussions above salary bands are welcome
