• Analyze, identify potential, and segment prospective new customers within the defined territory • Manage and develop potential new customers • Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to contract closing • Advise customers based on their business processes and intralogistics needs analysis • Conduct frequent, especially in-person customer visits, and attend trade fairs and conferences, including associated multi-day business travel • Implement cross-functional campaigns and initiatives for new customers and new business areas • Manage sales responsibilities in a growth-oriented and cost-conscious manner
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications through vocational training combined with several years of professional experience • Experience in analyzing and managing the entire sales pipeline, including new customer acquisition and customer segmentation based on CRM tools • Fundamental professional experience in the sales of capital goods/industrial equipment • Technical knowledge and understanding of processes in production and distribution logistics • Strong sales and acquisition orientation with high self-motivation and a focus on closing deals • Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
