📋 Description

• Manage central inbound and outbound phone and email channels related to mortgage financing, building savings and installment loans. • Respond to and resolve general and specific inquiries in the areas of mortgage financing, building savings (Bausparen) and installment loans. • Perform administrative tasks with care and attention to detail. • Provide support to sales partners in the EUROPACE environment. • Independently handle disbursement/payment issues, including preliminary review of documents and tracking of outstanding items. • Process requests in a structured manner and implement administrative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing or installment loans — but not required. • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) in both spoken and written communication. • Confident use of MS Office. • Openness to new systems and processes. • Experience in mortgage financing, installment loans or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory. • §34i qualification is desirable or willingness to obtain it during onboarding. • Service orientation, empathy, ability to concentrate and an authentic, responsible demeanor.
