Description

• The Sr. Manager, Project Management is responsible for providing end-to-end project management of highly complex cross-functional projects, including product innovation, expansion, and IT implementation. • Lead project teams to achieve business objectives through challenging project goals and proactive risk management. • Manage external partners and suppliers, track spending, and hold accountable for deliverables. • Strengthen organizational capabilities by identifying needs, defining standards, and coaching project managers. • Drive projects forward in ambiguous situations and foster a climate of trust within diverse teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus, PMP certification a plus • Minimum 7 years of business experience with 5 years in cross-functional project management • Experience in new product development and/or IT, preferably in food/beverage industry • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Proficiency with project planning software and MS Office applications • Commitment to company mission and values • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
