📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate with, and recruit local content creators, streamers, KOLs, and digital community partners. • Negotiate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee agreements. • Oversee creator onboarding by delivering tracking links, landing pages, promotional assets, and creative briefs. • Track and evaluate campaign success using key performance indicators such as First Time Depositors (FTDs), deposit volume, CPA, ROI, NGR, and overall player quality. • Continuously optimize existing relationships and reactivate underperforming or dormant partners. • Ensure all marketing campaigns and partner creatives strictly align with local advertising standards and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the language of your assigned target market, plus strong business English (written and verbal). • Background in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL Management. • Prior experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto, or performance marketing environments is highly advantageous. • Good understanding of performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), tracking mechanisms, and digital marketing funnels. • Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work fully independently.
