Description
• Customer Experience Lead position is responsible for the day-to-day operations • Direct communication with customers and vendors • Identify, record, and track unresolved complaints • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports • Responsible for chemical and consumable ordering
Requirements
• Inbound- Outbound experience Required • Bachelor's degree • 5-8 years of customer service experience • Experience with Service Record, Service Orders, and Case Records • Track record of managing customer projects • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
