📋 Description

• Map the current state of quality processes and identify the main sources of risk and rework • Design and implement testing frameworks (functional, integration, and security) for systems integrated via Red Hat SSO • Structure quality pipelines in environments with centralized authentication — validating OAuth2/OIDC flows, token management, and roles & permissions control • Define quality metrics and indicators that make sense for the business — not just test coverage • Enable development teams with best practices, documentation, and sustainable quality rituals • Serve as the technical reference in discussions about test architecture and the organization’s quality strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Has structured or reworked QA processes in real-world environments — knows what works beyond theory • Experience testing systems involving authentication, authorization, or integrations across multiple applications • Able to move between the technical level (review a test plan, understand a JWT token flow) and the strategic level (present risks and priorities to managers) • Familiarity with methodologies such as TMap, ISTQB, or similar — even if adapted in practice • Comfortable working in evolving environments: no ready-made processes, no easy answers
