• The Sales Development Representative will report to the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations. • This individual is passionate about sales and will be responsible for hunting and qualifying new opportunities with a focus on turning missed leads into meetings and building interest in prospective customers. • This will be a very collaborative role, working closely with our marketing and sales teams. • Develop new customer relationships through multiple channels of engagement • Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls, emails and other avenues • Call into organizations to prospect new business opportunities • Prepare and execute email campaigns • Efficiently manage leads through Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to manage and track lead generation activities, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records of interactions • Use additional sales resources to target and identify new business • Resurrect missed opportunities, re-engage and build interest • Partner with marketing and sales teams to create outreach strategies • Set appointments and product demonstrations • Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues • Meet or exceed set KPIs
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience; SaaS experience preferred • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and proficiency in using sales automation tools • A track record of exceeding KPIs or sales quotas • Driven and passionate about sales and garnering new relationships • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented • Ability to take initiative, highly organized, technically proficient and can work in a fast-paced environment
