• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives. • Foster a positive work culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. • Implement comprehensive career development plans for employees. • Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Lead the transformation of HR into a strategic partner within the organization.
• Proven experience as a CPO or similar executive HR role. • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is desirable.
