Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce environment • Participate in implementation of new systems and integrations • Automate complex business processes • Configure automation, lightning components, and APEX implementation • Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support • Create custom reports and dashboards • Identify areas for process improvement and lead implementation • Develop and implement best practices • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features • Develop and maintain documentation • Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• Highly motivated, self-starter with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred • Experience managing outside contractors • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality • Understanding of Salesforce Development concepts • Strong analytical skills • Experience in project management • Exceptional communication skills • University degree preferred
