Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience within the games industry • Experience leading a department or teams in Art, Production, Engineering, or Design • Proven experience in creating cross-functional solutions for customers • Strong understanding of Keywords Studios services, with focus on Art and Game Development • Strong understanding of successful client and studio relationships • Good knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics • High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Action-oriented and persistent
