Description

• Own end-to-end product development by working with Head of Product and other Product team members to identify customer pain points, define product requirements, manage day-to-day development, testing, and launches. • Help drive the product lifecycle, from researching market needs, writing detailed user stories and delivering the product to market in partnership with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. • Drive product adoption while understanding and reporting against product usage and success metrics. • Understand our customers and stakeholders: Conduct interviews and analyze usage data to define personas, user journeys, and critical use cases. Run day-to-day product operations in partnership with Engineering, including Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning. • Manage complexity: Deliver value while handling the surprises and challenges of a quickly evolving product with ambitious targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience • 3+ years managing cross-functional and cross-team projects. • 3+ years of experience gathering customer requirements and creating customer-centric product designs • 1+ years of experience managing AI software products, including familiarity with mainstream LLMs • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, OR equivalent experience • A team player with a relentlessly positive outlook and entrepreneurial spirit • Intimate knowledge of Agile methodologies and core values to deliver work within Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) • Experience in small and/or startup companies (5-50 employees) preferred, with the ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills to translate quantitative and technical details into clear, succinct summaries and/or recommendations
