⢠3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with real revenue numbers to show for it - quotas hit, deals closed, growth driven ⢠2+ years building or leading a sales team ⢠Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the metrics that actually matter ⢠Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot ⢠Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills ⢠Genuine curiosity about AI and automation - as tools that make you faster, and as a market you understand ⢠Fluent in German and English; DACH market experience is a strong plus
