📋 Description

• Manage SaaS Kubernetes applications in AWS • Respond to event-driven alerts and incidents • Execute plans to roll out new technologies quickly • Triage tickets raised by the Client Services organization • Support and troubleshoot OS, application, virtualization, and containerization issues • Assist in developing automation and processes to improve operational SLAs • Work closely with solutions architects and business stakeholders to identify, design, develop, and deploy infrastructure engineering solutions for the TM platform • Support production customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience • 5+ years in a cloud based operations, engineering, or development role • 3+ years supporting large scale Java applications • 3+ years supporting AWS based environments • Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code principles and technologies, including Terraform • Fundamental understanding of Linux OS • Hands-on experience managing and implementing Kubernetes solutions • Automation experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Python, etc. • Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning • Experience with application containers such as Tomcat • Full stack troubleshooting experience • Experience with SCM (Git) • Multi-cloud experience with emphasis on AWS and Azure support • Experience managing .NET applications • Hands-on Dynatrace experience • Experience managing Helm-templated Kubernetes environments • Understanding of microservice architectures • Experience using application protocols and messages, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, SMTP, RESTful APIs, XML/JSON, JDBC, JMS/MQ • Exposure to application threading and concurrency concerns • Experience troubleshooting environment-related issues, including response times, connectivity, authentication, authorization, and configuration
