📋 Description

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base • Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM modules • Conduct client working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements • Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions • Advise clients on best practices and recommend process improvements • Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize demands on medium- to high-complexity projects across multiple concurrent clients • Communicate Workday best practices and Kognitiv’s point of view to clients • Manage project scope, quality, and timelines • Provide guidance, direction, coaching, and quality review for team members • Research problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures • Contribute to the knowledge management repository and facilitate Workday knowledge-sharing sessions • Mentor and coach less experienced team members • Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Develop an intermediate understanding of Workday touchpoints, dependencies, and integrations • Meet role-specific KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction scores • Demonstrate Kognitiv’s “act like an owner” core value

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday • Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and at least one additional Workday module • Ability to lead medium to large projects through the full project lifecycle • Ability to work effectively on multiple parallel projects in supporting and leadership roles • Ability to prioritize and organize work independently while meeting timelines, deadlines, and goals • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong consulting and proven influence skills • Willingness and ability to mentor and/or manage other consultants • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Ability to meet travel requirements of less than 5% per year • Must have work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
