• Coordinate relocation and mobility processes for international hires and contractors; • Support migration, legalization, residence permit, and work authorization processes in Poland; • Cooperate with external legal and relocation partners; • Prepare and coordinate contracts and onboarding documentation; • Support B2B contractor operations and compliance-related activities; • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of international team members; • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage; • Actively source technical candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels; • Conduct HR and screening interviews; • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and clients; • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; • Manage candidate communication and ensure positive candidate experience; • Support client-facing recruitment activities and recruitment status reporting; • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment • Experience in sourcing technical candidates independently • Strong knowledge of Polish hiring processes and employment/legalization procedures • Experience supporting migration, relocation, or global mobility processes • Experience working with B2B contracts and contractor operations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) • Based in Kraków or open to regular presence in Kraków
