Description

• Manage a variety of everyday tasks including, but not limited to, managing complex and busy calendars, booking national and international travel, and being a general manager of Executive time • Support the Kong Executive team by scheduling critical meetings and coordinating calendars • Schedule and coordinate logistics, agendas, and content for meetings, conferences, and special events including weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive and departmental meetings • Be responsible for all scheduling and logistics related to Board meetings including materials coordination • Organize visits for external guests • Act as the face of the company and ensure guests are treated well • Manage Executive travel and timely, accurate expense reporting • Assist in the management and organization of shared docs, Zoom recordings and Wiki pages • Sourcing of swag vendors and take over the project management from idea to distribution of swag items • Handle special projects as required or requested • And any additional tasks required by manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of Executive supportDemonstrated integrity while handling confidential information • Strong attention to detail • Flexibility to be available beyond normal office hours, if needed • Must be a quick learner, able to set and juggle priorities by handling multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and ability to work with others on multiple projects • Experience scheduling in Google Calendar, G-Suite applications, and Slack Interest and ability to learn about Kong’s business and customers • Strong verbal, written, customer service and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Must be able to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
