• Analyze and develop requirements for payroll • Design and create detailed requirement specifications • Close coordination with our customers and conducting workshops, surveys, and interviews to optimize understanding and integration of customer needs • Prioritization of requirements (Product Backlog, Business Value, Scheduling and Risk) • Support in professional quality assurance • Working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking, or Personas
• Relevant education or experience in payroll in previous roles • IT basic understanding. Entry from software development is also possible • Interest and affinity for analytical activities and questions in the public tariff landscape • Enjoy working together with a team to develop solutions • Methodical and independent work ethic • Very good knowledge of German (C1+)
