Requirements

• Proven experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Owner within Agile software development or implementation environments in the Financial Services Industry • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, Confluence, and Jira for high-level wireframing • Strong communication skills and value-driven approach to product development • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Knowledge of product management principles and practices • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data • Understanding of functional architectures in banking and insurance sectors • Enthusiasm for ESG topics • Experience with B2B technical/software products • Exceptional communication skills in English and German • Knowledge of SAP products is a plus
