📋 Description

• Lead Tech Advisory projects and initiatives, supporting clients in defining technology transformation strategies and roadmaps; • Conduct interactions with stakeholders at different levels, including executives, facilitating strategic discussions and decision-making; • Oversee the collection and analysis of business and technology requirements, ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions; • Guide the definition of solution architectures involving cloud, systems integration, data, artificial intelligence, and modern engineering practices; • Develop and present strategic recommendations and executive materials to clients, translating technical topics into business value; • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality of deliverables, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of proposed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or areas related to Audit, Risk, Compliance, or similar fields; • Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory); • Proven experience in digital transformation projects, technology modernization, or strategic technology consulting; • Strong experience in client engagement and delivering executive-level presentations to various organizational levels; • Knowledge of solution architecture and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar); • Experience with systems integration, APIs, or data architecture in enterprise environments; • Ability to structure complex problems, conduct requirements gathering, and translate analyses into strategic recommendations; • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to align technical and business areas.
