📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day performance and operations of approximately 8–12 manufactured housing communities • Ensure communities meet company operational standards, goals, and performance expectations • Establish best practices to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction • Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions • Maintain communication with Park Managers and senior leadership • Lead, coach, and develop Park Managers • Establish measurable goals and hold property-level managers accountable • Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, occupancy, collections, maintenance, and resident-related metrics • Conduct operational reviews and audits • Develop and execute performance-improvement action plans • Oversee regional budgets, rent collections, delinquency, expenses, and financial performance • Review and approve expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities • Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis • Oversee maintenance, repairs, landscaping, preventive maintenance, and community appearance • Prioritize and coordinate capital improvement projects with teams and vendors • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Support Park Managers in resolving escalated resident concerns • Provide regular portfolio reporting and insights to senior leadership • Contribute to strategic decision-making and portfolio growth and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a regional, multi-property, or multi-community management role • Proven experience overseeing multiple properties, communities, or locations simultaneously • Experience managing and developing property-level teams and managers • Strong understanding of property operations, rent collections, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations • Ability to lead teams, establish accountability, and drive performance • Strong coaching and people-development skills • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of results • Experience with property budgets, expense management, rent collections, and financial reporting • Ability to interpret operational and financial KPIs and translate data into actionable decisions • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties, priorities, deadlines, and projects • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating with U.S.-based leadership and property teams • Experience with property management software, rent collection systems, and operational platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology and systems • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to communities within the assigned U.S. region when required
