Description

• Lead successful implementations for customers onto Lattice’s newest product suite, HRIS • Act as primary point of contact and best practices expert, training customers • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and customer delight • Create and conduct product training to educate customers • Speak fluently about HR best practices and Lattice methodologies • Continuously drive and adapt implementation process • Act as project manager summarizing and reporting program status • Act as trusted partner to product team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of client-facing work experience • Experience supporting an HRIS product • Plus for project management & technical backgrounds • Passionate about making customers successful • Outstanding communication and project management skills • Strength in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization • Aptitude for learning new products and technologies • Excellent teammate • Solid work ethic
