• Recruit and onboard new inbound partners like IT consultants, software resellers, and service providers • Assess and qualify incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and events • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure their success • Help partners with go-to-market plans, providing training, resources, and support for selling and implementing our solutions • Handle contracts and proposals for partner agreements • Set joint goals with partners, track performance, and identify ways to grow together • Act as the main contact between partners and our sales, marketing, and product teams to make sure partner needs and feedback are addressed
• 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively • Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and B2B markets
