• Develop private client relationships, including generation of residential mortgages, other credit facilities, and deposits • Acquire clients and network with centers of influence to build relationships by providing superior client service to achieve financial objectives • Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners • Provide concierge service experience to clients, including but not limited to; responding quickly to client and partner inquiries, providing financial guidance and develop personalized banking solutions for high-net worth clients and business partners • Meet with clients and business partners in-person, virtually and through other networking opportunities, groups, events, etc. to build relationships and grow business • Identify potential business opportunities through external referral sources • Create strategies and marketing opportunities to promote the brand
• Bachelor’s degree, CFP, CTFA a plus • Minimum 10 years private client/private banking experience • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think outside the box • Specialty product knowledge a plus • Independent contributor expected to manage own book of business as well as retain and effectively manage clients • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required • General computer knowledge a must with prior banking applications experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple priorities and poses a strong attention to detail
