• Build strong client relationships and serve clients with program design, quality management, and reporting • Implement new programs, provide ongoing support, and ensure high program quality • Coordinate with different departments to meet training objectives and ensure client retention

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or customer support • French level - Advanced • English level - B2 or higher • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
