• Leading and managing a team of software engineers • Coordinating with scrum masters, project managers, and other software engineers • Providing technical leadership in all aspects of software development processes • Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new software systems • Ensuring timely delivery and quality standards • Updating technical knowledge and sharing with the team • Maintaining high software quality standards within the team • Providing feedback, coaching, and career development to team members • Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues and implementing resolutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience • 3+ years in a leadership role • Proficiency in various programming languages • Competency in Object-Oriented Design and scripting • Full-stack development experience • Good understanding of User Experience practices • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment methodologies • Unit testing and Test-Driven Development experience • Knowledge of database systems and entity relationship modeling • Strong problem-solving and detail orientation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus • Additional requirements as per the job description
