• Facilitate effective communication among team members • Keep all parties informed of project progress • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders • Champion agile values, principles, and practices • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members • Facilitate scrum ceremonies • Help Product Owners refine product backlogs • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress • Adjust Agile practices for software delivery • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a Scrum Master • Lives and breathes the principles of servant leadership • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
