Description

• Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the Business Developer and Managers. • Utilize software tools such as Monday.com, RingCentral, and QuickBooks to create and maintain systems as needed. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. • Provide exemplary client service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support across departments. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.

Requirements

• Clear and concise communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish. • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. • Strong client service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. • Reliable and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Basic internet knowledge and proficiency in basic website setup is a plus. • Willingness to develop any additional skills necessary to excel as an Executive Assistant.
