• Conduct thorough analysis of performance data to assess incentive programs • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop incentive programs • Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast the costs and potential returns • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incentive-related data • Communicate incentive program details, changes, and updates • Monitor ongoing performance trends and evaluate the impact of incentive programs • Seek opportunities to enhance the design and administration of incentive programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field • Proven experience in incentive program management • Proficient in Google Workspace, specifically in Google Sheets • Excellent English communication and presentation abilities • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Familiarity with incentive plan design principles, performance measurement methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements • Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
