• Lead Engineering Excellence: Lead and mentor a squad of 6 engineers across the UK and Poland, fostering a collaborative culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Technical Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure successful project completion. • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to squad members, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, contributing to customer-facing, best-in-class commercial feature development. • Culture of Learning: Foster a culture of learning and development, supporting squad members' professional growth through coaching, training, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.

Requirements

• Execution at Scale: Previous experience executing at scale as an engineer, with a hands-on approach to modern frontend technology (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript). • Leadership and Management Experience: Prior experience directly managing multiple engineers and practical experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment. • Best Practices: Experience working in a team environment with best practices in testing, pairing, documentation, and code reviews.
