📋 Description

• Talk with candidates who are already interested • Assess candidates and determine the best matches for suitable roles • Progress toward handling complex, hard-to-close positions for clients • Potentially grow into client-facing work with key accounts • Potentially contribute to projects involving automations and agent orchestration • Help increase the number of clients served and improve engineer-to-role matching • Communicate with the team in Ukrainian and work in English

🎯 Requirements

• Currently based in Latin America • Fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team communication • Fluent English at C1 level; English is non-negotiable • Smart, curious, and people-friendly • Tech-savvy and AI-savvy, comfortable using new tools daily • Strong professional communication • Understanding of tech roles and stacks, or ability to learn quickly • Confidence to ask difficult questions, push back respectfully, and guide conversations • Comfort with high volume, frequent context switching, and evolving processes • Strong ownership, sound judgment, and attention to detail • Recruitment experience preferred • Sales experience is a big plus • Customer support background is a big plus • Availability to overlap with UTC-6 to UTC-1 time zones
