📋 Description

• Lead Phileo’s activity across the Central and East Europe and Central Asia sub-region • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with Phileo’s global objectives • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion • Lead a high-performing sales team and manage area managers overseeing local sales teams • Ensure customer intimacy and facilitate high-level customer relationships • Address sub-region market needs • Develop and roll out action plans • Coordinate sales teams in a multicultural and remote-based environment • Grow the sub-region business • Travel frequently for business, approximately 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years’ experience in management of sales team • Strong background and knowledge in animal nutrition and health • Knowledge of target markets and their players • Ability to plan involved activities in the long term • Track record in action plan development and rollout • Ability to understand the total business chain and identify customer influencers and decision-makers • Solid experience in sales and negotiation • Ability to manage and coordinate sales teams in a multicultural environment and remote-based team • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus • Entrepreneurship and creative, customer-oriented solution provision • Excellent team-building skills • Strong and diplomatic communication skills • Open-mindedness • Ability to analyze and synthesize • Results-driven approach • Ability to build customer relationships and identify opportunities
