Description

• Monitoring the functionality of production environments • Managing incidents and offering real-time support • Collaborating with peers to independently execute tasks • Participating in on-call rotation for critical after-hours incidents

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience • 2+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, TechOps, or Site Reliability Engineering • Knowledge of Cloud Computing environments, preferably AWS • Proficient in application monitoring / SIEM tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Zabbix • 1+ year of experience with SQL Powershell and/or Python • Experience working with Jira, PagerDuty, GitHub, and Jenkins • Curiosity and desire to learn new processes or technologies • Knowledge of Basic ITIL practices
