• Trusted Advisor: Forge strong relationships with potential clients • Client Acquisition: Utilise lead generation strategies • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage client sales cycle • Pipeline Management: Develop and sustain leads aligned with goals • Deal Closure: Negotiate, manage, and close deals • Exceeding Targets: Consistently exceed sales targets • Account Growth: Implement strategies for growing accounts • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge in technology challenges • Financial Goals: Exceed personal financial goals • Thought Leadership: Engage in speaking events, workshops, panels • Industry Participation: Attend external industry events

Requirements

• Substantial experience in new business development • Strong background in Payments industry or interest in it • Proven success in leading strategic new business development initiatives • Sales-driven approach with focus on prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads • Ability to engage VP or C-level decision-makers • Self-motivated with drive to exceed sales targets • Track record of achieving £3M+ quota per year • Proficiency in proposals, business cases, and statements of work • Travel required, including local, domestic, and international
