📋 Description

• Define and validate the 12-month partnership strategy with clear, realistic milestones that you own • Identify, qualify, and sign the five priority strategic partnerships in year one • Build partner onboarding, activation, and creation processes from scratch • Activate local agencies of nationally-signed integrators — create real buy-in that leads to closed deals • Shift the engineering firm relationship from transactional (post-deal CCTP) to upstream prescription • Negotiate commercial terms with integrators — protect Vizzia's margin by making the value case, not by conceding on price • Make Vizzia genuinely partnership-friendly: Sales, CS, Ops, Finance, RevOps — map the friction, fix it, and do it without having direct reports • Build a reliable partner pipeline report that gives leadership full visibility with no surprises

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a relevant role within a highly regulated environment • Proven experience building a partnerships function inside a scale-up • Fluency with public procurement: CCTP, BPU, framework agreements, UGAP/VONUM — you speak the language • Builder mindset: you thrive without established processes or a team at first — and you build regardless • Commercial backbone: you protect margin, argue on value, and don’t default to discounting • Ability to align stakeholders across Sales, Ops, and Finance — without relying on hierarchy
