📋 Description

• Promote the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets • Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s market and growth strategy • Actively introduce newly launched innovative products and services to the market and proactively follow up to ensure successful sales implementation • Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate products and services • Develop and implement account plans and request or coordinate resources in line with those plans • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market perception and develop successful strategies to win business from key accounts • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities within the assigned territory • Regularly evaluate each customer’s potential and develop plans to convert that potential into business • Manage and build strong customer relationships to establish long-term partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Academic degree in life sciences or engineering (advanced degree is a plus) • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably with experience in biotech, pharma, or bioproduction environments • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • French mandatory; English (B1–B2 level expected) • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility • Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
