•Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners •Onboarding new IB partners •Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty •Continuous due diligence •Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners •Consulting partners' staff on sales, monitoring partners' sales •Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met •Preparing monthly reports on partners' performance
•At least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services industry •Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English is a must •Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail •Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities. •Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel •A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets •Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills •Ability to work with deadlines •Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all issues that may arise •Must demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and balance between the interests of the company and the partner •Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
