• The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for supporting customers effectively through various communication channels. • Communicate with Clients by phone, email and other online communication channels • Promptly respond to customer requests • Consider and resolve Customer complaints • Convey Clients' wishes to responsible specialists • Record information on contacts with Clients in the CRM-system • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Secondary or higher education (linguistic, economic will be an advantage) • Experience working with Clients in the field of consulting will be an advantage • Telephone communication experience • Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate • Knowledge of another foreign language will be an advantage • Advanced computer skills • High communicative skills, multitasking, teamwork skills
