📋 Description

• Manage projects related to the development of test equipment, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives • Standardize the architectures and designs of test equipment for Liebherr, its repair stations, and selected suppliers • Define technical requirements, costs, schedule, and quality objectives with the customer • Prepare specifications and the service delivery strategy for supplier consultations • Analyze and select suppliers’ technical and commercial proposals • Lead the test equipment development project and provide regular progress reports to the customer • Assess and define EHS, metrology, and maintenance requirements • Draft validation and acceptance procedures • Conduct preliminary acceptance testing at the supplier’s facility, followed by final acceptance testing internally • Complete the technical handover to the customer and provide initial training • Verify the implementation of first-level maintenance and ensure periodic checks are performed • Identify existing technologies and reusable building blocks • Share lessons learned with other business development managers • Organize and carry out international assignments with repair stations or international customers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in General Engineering, Instrumentation, Physical Measurements, or Mechatronics • Experience or an internship in test equipment • Skills in physical measurements and test benches • Ability to prepare specifications and technical requirements • Ability to coordinate and lead a technical team • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics would be an advantage • Commitment, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills • Strong customer-service orientation • Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently • Professional proficiency in English • Willingness to travel internationally
