• Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customers • Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs • One call close sale • Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate • Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings • Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment
• 3+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience • Experience in the security alarm and medical devices industry • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals • Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach • Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills • Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required)
