• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to address customer needs and market demands • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch AI-powered features and services that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration, product differentiation, and market expansion • Lead the development of AI models, algorithms, and data-driven insights to optimize network performance, personalize customer interactions, and streamline operations • Partner with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to prioritize features, experiments, and enhancements based on customer feedback and strategic objectives • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure the success of AI initiatives, iterate on improvements, and drive continuous innovation • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in AI and telecommunications, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on AI-driven solutions - ideally, within the telecommunications industry • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, as applied to Telco use cases • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product development and optimization • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams towards common goals • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
